🌸 Flowers & Flow — A Private Pilates + Bouquet Building Experience

Join us for a morning of mindful movement and creative expression at Flora Design Studio on Saturday, November 15.

Doors open at 9:00 AM, make sure to arrive on time to lay down your mat, and soak in the floral ambiance before we begin a 45-minute Pilates class led by Miah. After class, enjoy a hands-on bouquet-building experience with Leah, Flora’s floral designer, and take home your custom floral creation!

This private, community-centered collaboration is designed to bring beauty, connection, and presence into your weekend — through both movement and art.

    •    Location: 206 Main St, Cedar Falls, IA 50613

    •    Doors open: 9:00 AM

    •    Pilates class: 9:15 AM (45 minutes)

    •    Bouquet building to follow with Leah

    •    Cost: $40 (includes class + bouquet materials)

    •    Please bring: your own mat + a water bottle

    •    Optional: wear pink to flow in theme 🌸
