MOVE: Embodied Flow is a high-energy, music-driven Pilates class that feels like sculpt meets flow—where the beat becomes your guide and your body becomes the instrument.
Expect an athletic, full-body sequence designed to sculpt, sweat, and strengthen with rhythm-led transitions, controlled pulses, and intentional repetition that builds heat fast (in the best way). We’ll layer core-first movement, glute + leg work, standing series, and dynamic flows that challenge balance, coordination, and stamina—while keeping you connected to form and breath.
